At Playmates we accept children aged
3-4 with Universal 15 hours Free Entitlement
9-month - 4years 30 hour Working Parents Entitlement
2 year 15 hour Local Authority Free Entitlement
We operate within 3 hour sessions either from 8.50am to 11.50am or 11.50am to 2.50pm
Parents/Carers can choose the sessions, providing we have vacancies on the chosen day for the 15 hourly entitlement within these time frames and can choose 5 mornings, 2 full days and 1 extra session or 1 full day and 3 extra sessions. 
Parents/Carers can also add sessions and pay private fees for £25 for 3 hours and we also accept vouchers for early years payments.
Parents/Carers claiming 30 hours are allowed to arrange to claim for less hours should you prefer your child does not attend every session.
We aim to provide 30 hours for your child using the working families entitlement, however if we do not have vacancies, as we work to strict adult-child ratios we will unfortunately have to make adjustments to the hours claimed.
Parents/Carers can also spread their Entitlement for their child across more than one setting should you wish your child to attend more than one Early Years setting.
